Our goal is to send off orders to major cities in 5-7 business days, and to rural areas within 6-10 working days. However, for some items, it might take more time due to their size and weight, as well as holidays, dangerous climate conditions, and unforeseen circumstances. For “Special Request Items” that are shipped from either the United Kingdom or the United States, there is a minimum of 3-4 weeks for delivery.

It’s important to note that if an individual is ordering for the first time, a Customer Service Representative will reach out to them via phone call once their order has been received. During this time, they will verify the order and the delivery details. Any orders placed after this initial one will be processed automatically and will not necessitate a confirmation by phone.
